Joaillerie Recrutement’s mission is to connect candidates with recruiters in the highly specialized jewelry industry. We assist candidates in finding missions, internships, apprenticeships, or employment (fixed-term or permanent), while supporting clients in their search for talent matching their technical needs.

Data Recipients

 

Your data is only accessible to authorized staff at Joaillerie Recrutement and, with your explicit consent, to recruiters who have expressed interest in your profile. Initially, profiles are shared anonymously. Personal details are disclosed only upon your express agreement.

 

We use a service provider (based in France) to maintain and update the application. Only authorized personnel of this provider may access data, strictly within the scope necessary for maintenance operations, and under contractual obligations ensuring confidentiality and security.

 

We may also disclose personal data if legally required, including to law enforcement or regulatory authorities, or in the context of mergers, acquisitions, or other business transfers.

International Data Transfers

 

Your personal data is hosted in France and is not transferred outside the European Union. If a transfer becomes necessary (e.g., via a subcontractor), it will be secured through appropriate safeguards, including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Data Retention Periods

 

Data retention depends on user type:

 

• Candidates not yet hired: Data is retained for up to 2 years from the last interaction;

 

• Hired candidates: Data may be retained for the duration of employment, then for 3 to 5 years

for legal or defensive purposes;

 

• Recruiters with no hiring: Data retained during the contractual relationship, then for 1 to 3 years thereafter;

• Recruiters with successful hires: Data retained during the relationship, then for 3 to 5 years

following termination.
