RECRUITMENT AND MODERATION CHARTER (For clients of Joaillerie Recrutement)
Since its creation in 2022, Joaillerie Recrutement has committed to promoting work as a sustainable and meaningful part of our lives. We aim to help everyone work better— starting with a more inspired and respectful recruitment experience.
Through this charter, we wish to remind companies of the legal framework, ethical standards, professionalism, and best practices that we consider essential to delivering a successful and rewarding recruitment experience for all.
We strongly encourage all companies to read the following carefully and to comply with the rules and recommendations outlined below to ensure a productive use of our services:

•Legal Compliance
We remind our clients of the importance of complying with all applicable laws and regulations, particularly regarding non-discrimination, equal treatment, privacy rights, and the protection of personal data.
In this regard, we encourage clients to raise awareness within their teams, for instance by consulting publications from the French Defender of Rights or the CNIL (French Data Protection Authority).

•Transparency and Fairness
Clients are reminded of their obligation to present their company, open positions, and the profiles they are seeking in a complete, transparent, and fair manner.

•Recruitment Process Communication
We strongly encourage clients to inform candidates, prior to their application, of the recruitment methods and processes being implemented.

We also encourage clients to adopt a professional and considerate attitude toward each candidate. This includes:
-
Requesting only the information necessary to evaluate the candidate’s professional skills;
-
Responding to all applications in a timely manner;
-
Keeping candidates informed of the progress of the recruitment process (particularly those not selected for the position).
To ensure compliance with the obligations set forth in this Charter, we encourage candidates to report any content or behavior that violates these principles.
