Clients are reminded of their obligation to present their company, open positions, and the profiles they are seeking in a complete, transparent, and fair manner.

•Recruitment Process Communication

 

We strongly encourage clients to inform candidates, prior to their application, of the recruitment methods and processes being implemented.

We also encourage clients to adopt a professional and considerate attitude toward each candidate. This includes:

• Requesting only the information necessary to evaluate the candidate’s professional skills;

• Responding to all applications in a timely manner;

• Keeping candidates informed of the progress of the recruitment process (particularly those not selected for the position).
