When you create an account as a candidate, you agree that your application file will be shared through the "App Jewellery Recruitment " (Website and App) with recruiters who have chosen to use the platform.

Thus, you authorize Joaillerie Recrutement SAS to use all documents in your application file, including your resume, cover letter, texts, images, etc., to publish them on the "App Jewellery Recruitment " (Website and App).

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, up-to-date, truthful, honest, and fair information, including your resume;

• Not use the "App Jewellery Recruitment " (Website and App) to send unsolicited mass messages, especially not to post promotional resumes or those aimed at promoting products or services;

• Not import or distribute through the "App Jewellery Recruitment " (Website and App), particularly via external links, illegal content or content that is counterfeit, defamatory, abusive, insulting, obscene, offensive, discriminatory, violent, xenophobic, or incites racial hatred, or any other content contrary to public morals and proper conduct;

• Not disclose personal information (texts, photos, and videos) of third parties through the "App Jewellery Recruitment " (Website and App) without their consent.

 

In case of violation of one or more of these obligations, Joaillerie Recrutement SAS may unilaterally suspend access to the services.
