Subscription Clause – Joaillerie Recrutement
A) Subscription and Access
The user may subscribe to the services of the Joaillerie Recrutement application via the website www.joaillerierecutement.com, by completing the online registration form.
Subscription grants the user access to the platform’s content (website and application) for consultation purposes only.
B) Term and Renewal
Upon registration, the user selects the desired type of subscription.
All subscriptions are entered into for a fixed initial term (monthly or annual, depending on the selected option) and are tacitly renewed for an equivalent period, unless terminated under the conditions set out in the “Termination” clause.
C) Pricing

TOP Subscription
Grants access to the full database of qualified and anonymous candidates, with advanced filters, notifications, temporary profile deactivation (48h), instant interview requests, and access to internship, apprenticeship and freelance profiles.
Annual fee: €5,000 excl. VAT for one user. Additional user: €500 excl. VAT / year.

ALT Subscription
Grants access to candidates seeking internships or apprenticeships, with geographic filters. Monthly fee: €200 excl. VAT.
D) Payment Terms
Payment is due upon subscription. In case of failed payment (e.g., cancellation, insufficient funds), a new attempt will be made.
If payment remains outstanding after a formal notice, Joaillerie Recrutement SAS may suspend access to the services, terminate the contract, and initiate a debt recovery process.
No refund will be issued for unused services, unless otherwise required by law.
Joaillerie Recrutement SAS reserves the right to revise its prices. Any increase will be communicated to the user at least 30 days before it takes effect. The user may cancel their subscription up to 24 hours before the new rate comes into effect.
E) Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, users who subscribe remotely have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of subscription, without providing justification or incurring penalties.
The right of withdrawal may be exercised by postal mail or email, using the dedicated withdrawal form.
If no access has been used during this period, the subscription will be fully refunded. In the event of partial use, a prorated refund may apply.
F) Termination
The user may cancel their subscription at any time, subject to a two (2) month notice period. Termination must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address:

Termination takes effect at the end of the notice period. No refund will be issued for any subscription period already commenced.
Joaillerie Recrutement SAS reserves the right to terminate the subscription automatically and without notice in the event of a serious breach of the user’s contractual obligations, including but not limited to:

False declarations;

Non-payment;

Sharing of account or login credentials;

Unauthorized or multiple simultaneous logins;

Infringement of intellectual property rights;

Judicial or administrative requisition.
G) Legal Requests and Regulatory Obligations
In the event of a violation of applicable law or infringement of third-party rights by the user, Joaillerie Recrutement SAS reserves the right to disclose, at the request of any competent judicial or administrative authority, any information enabling the identification of the user.
Such disclosure may include, where necessary, personal data strictly required to fulfill the request, in compliance with applicable regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
H) VAT and Taxation
All prices are exclusive of tax (excl. VAT). The applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the time of invoicing will be added to the total amount, unless the user provides documented evidence of exemption.
I) Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by French law.
In the event of any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these terms, exclusive jurisdiction shall lie with the competent courts of Paris, notwithstanding multiple defendants or third-party proceedings.
